What's inside
Built for a hard market
Prices keep sliding, 280E takes its cut, new stores open down the street, and the big ad platforms make cannabis ads hard to run. You can't fix the market. You can change what your business does this week.

What's inside
Each issue runs the sections with the strongest material that week, and every one ends with something you can act on: the prompt, the numbers, or the steps.
One specific tactic another dispensary, grower, or cannabis brand ran, with enough detail to copy it this month and adapt it to your size.
Three cannabis statistics from named sources like Headset, BDSA, and state sales reports, each dated, each with what it means for your business.
Quick tactics to keep customers and raise basket size, weighted toward the sales floor, loyalty, and online ordering, with the metric each one moves.
A shift in the cannabis market, why it's happening, and the business it opens up for, before it's obvious.
Copy-and-paste prompts built for real cannabis business work, with the blanks to fill in and what to do with the result.
AI tools a small team can start using this week, what they cost, and the first job to give each one.
Hiring, pay, budtender training, and scheduling, with real ranges and honest tradeoffs.
Who bought, who sold, who closed, and who raised in cannabis, plus what the pattern means for everyone else.
One operator, one problem they solved, including what didn't work and what the fix cost.
An argument against something the industry treats as settled, with the evidence and what to do differently.
Observations from sales floors, trade shows, and visits: what's working and what other states are doing differently.

Sample issue
A sample written to show the format. Every issue works the same way: one problem you already have, why it happens, and the steps, the prompt, or the numbers to fix it this week.
Pull your loyalty export and sort it by days since the last visit. A regular who used to come in every week and hasn't been back in a month is telling you something. So is the one who stopped opening your messages. You don't need a new tool to see it. You need to look once a week and act on what you find.
Another discount isn't a reason to pick you.
When every store nearby runs the same deal, price stops setting you apart. Lead with what only you have: the staff picks, the local brands, the budtender who remembers what someone bought last time.
Talk to members when you aren't selling them something.
If the only message a member gets from you is a deal, they learn to tune you out. Send the restock heads-up for the product they bought last time. Check your state's rules on texts and loyalty offers first.
Give your budtenders one question to ask.
"How was the last thing you picked up?" turns a sale into a conversation, and it tells you which regulars are drifting before your report does.
Plus the prompt that writes the win-back message.
How each issue gets made
Every day: the trade press, state regulator updates, the market reports nobody finishes, and every AI release worth knowing about. Hundreds of pages become a short list of what actually changes something for a cannabis business.
Every item is something you can act on this week: a campaign to send, a prompt to paste, a tool to open, a number to check against your own. Nothing theoretical, nothing you need a consultant to translate.
What to do, why it works, and the prompt or the numbers to do it. Five minutes to read, and something you can start on the same day.
